F10 Driver Training with Barbara Muir

• Normal hours of business,  Monday - Friday:- 0900 - 1800. (excludes Bank Holidays)

• Full 24  hours notice required for cancellation or change of lesson or lessons fees are still chargeable

• If, for any reason, a lesson needs to be rescheduled or rearranged by the driving school, then reasonable notice will be given if possible

• Your instructor may be delayed for a variety of reasons, so please allow up to 15 minutes from your scheduled start time for their arrival. Your lesson time will commence from when they get there. If the delay is likely to be more than 15 minutes, you will be contacted and the lesson can be rescheduled if necessary at no penalty

• The driving school cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond its control e.g. DVSA test cancellations

• In the event of mechanical breakdown or accident the driving school will provide a substitute vehicle if possible although this may not be the same make or model of car

• All standard lessons £47 per hour
• 10 hours pre paid £450

• All block bookings are payable in advance in full

• Lesson fees are due at the start of each lesson in cash

• Cheques, payable to Barbara Muir, only accepted for block bookings

• Payments can alternatively be made in advance by bank transfer (details available on request)

• Lesson fees paid in advance are non refundable

• Lessons paid in advance must be taken within 6 months

• Test day fee (includes one hour lesson and use of car on test) - from £100 (excludes test fee payable to DVSA)

• We reserve the right to withhold the use of the car for a test if, in the instructor’s opinion, the pupil has not achieved the required standard

• If the driving school vehicle is used for the test then the pupil is liable for any insurance excess if he/she is involved in an accident on test. This DOES NOT apply to normal lessons

• Lessons requested outside normal hours of business may be subject to an additional premium of £2.50 per hour

• Pick up / drop off points outside normal area subject to an additional premium of £2.50
